Mixed media weekend with Finnabair.

I had the pleasure of attending the Mixed Media weekend in Kildare with Finnabair.

What a fantastic time we had! Ania is a fantastic teacher and really shows you what to do and explains in great detail the use of all the different products.

Tandiart day of fun

We had a fantastic day in the Crafty corner withhttp://createwithkate.ie and Sylwia from http://tandiart.

We had beautiful kits from Sylwia and her sponsor http://scrapiniec.pl.

A bit more faux graniteware

My Mum has had this green, single flower vase for as long as I can remember and the brown jar is an old bovril jar.

Now for a bit more Wendy Vecchi magic ๐Ÿ™‚
I used tea rose ink and embossing powder on the brown jar and for the vase, I used a mix of sky blue and cornflour blue ink and embossing powders.

Faux graniteware

Absolutely loving all the inks and embossing powders from Wendy Vecchi! Especially her tutorial on faux graniteware!
You can transform something drap to something fab in a few easy steps!
